Domino's looking to raise dough with $300M IPO.(Review)

Domino's Pizza Inc. announced it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a $300 million initial public offering of stock. The Ann Arbor-based company is privately held by Boston-based Bain Capital Inc. and has been the subject of rumors regarding a public offering for several years.
The shares would be offered by Domino's as well as other shareholders within Bain. No firm date for the sale has been set. Compuware predicts $337M in revenue for 4Q Detroit-based Compuware Corp. expects to report revenue of $337 million in the fourth quarter, the company said during a conference call. Also, Compuware (Nasdaq: CPWR) said it expects to report earnings per share of 9 cents for the quarter ending March 31. Final results...
