Schostak to sell Macomb Mall, Laurel Park Place Schostak Bros. & Co. Inc. said last week that two of its malls, Laurel Park Place and Macomb Mall, are for sale. Co-President Robert Schostak confirmed that the malls are on the block, but declined to comment further. Laurel Park Place in Livonia, which opened in 1989, was one of two local malls that replaced vacant Jacobson department stores with Davenport, Iowa-based Von Maur Inc.
