Pulte ranks at top of satisfaction survey.(News)(Pulte Homes Inc)(Brief Article)

Byline: Robert Ankeny Bloomfield Hills-based Pulte Homes Inc. ranks highest in home-builder customer satisfaction in Detroit, according to the first-ever J.D. Power and Associates New-Home Builder Customer Survey Study done for the metro area. Pulte ranked 129 out of a possible 160 score, with seven other metro area builders ranging from 100 down to 83.
This gave Detroit an average satisfaction rate of 108, slightly below the 112 nationwide. Pulte ranked highest in 14 of its 25 markets (including its Del Webb and Divosta brands). The study, started in 1997 in southern California, compares nine factors to measure customer satisfaction with new-home builders in 25 U.S. markets.
