One exec leaves, another takes new role at Bridge Co. While traffic on the Ambassador Bridge may suffer from gridlock, there's no such problem with the management team for the company that runs the bridge, the Detroit International Bridge Co., as two senior managers have moved on. Remo Mancini, formerly vice president of the bridge company and president of the Canadian Transit Co., resigned two weeks ago, citing a need to for a new challenge, and Mickey Blashfield, former governmental affairs director, is now the director of training and development in human resources for the company.
Blashfield declined to comment. Mancini said he likes to plan his life in "10- to 15-year periods. I'd been with the bridge for almost 11 years, so it was time to move on.''...
