Byline: Sheena Harrison Local entrepreneurs, small-business advocates and business counselors are encouraged to submit nominations for the U.S. Small Business Administration's 2005 Small Business Awards. The deadline for nominations is Nov. 15. Awards in categories such as Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Exporter of the Year and Small Business Person of the Year will be presented during SBA's Inaugural Michigan Celebrates Small Business Entrepreneurial Awards Event on April 28.
