Byline: Robert Ankeny The 5-year-old Detroit law firm of Allen Bros. Attorneys and Counselors P.L.L.C. is more than doubling in size and adding a health care practice. The firm was founded in 2000 by brothers James, John and David Allen. David left in December 2003 when he was appointed to Wayne County Circuit Court.
Lawrence Garcia, formerly of Detroit-based Plunkett & Cooney P.C. and a medical malpractice defense lawyer, will head the health care practice. Zenna Faraj Elhasan, a former legal assistant for the Michigan Attorney General's office will be working with him.
