Chairman and CEO Peter Karmanos Jr. will give this week in Compuware's lawsuit against IBM Corp. alleging theft of trade secrets If Compuware wins at trial, the Detroit-based software and computer services company could receive damages between $500 million and $1 billion, according to a Feb.
