George Rogers has been named co-president of JWT Detroit. He will oversee the ad agency's U.S. relationship with its biggest client, Ford Motor Co., as well as other large clients, including Domino's Pizza Inc., Great Lakes Crossing, Delta Dental and Bosch. Rogers will share leadership of the office with Tom Cordner, co-president and Ford worldwide creative director.
He will be a member of the Worldwide Executive Committee of JWT, formerly known as J. Walter Thompson. Rogers worked most recently as executive vice president, group director, for Wenham, Mass.-based Mullen.
