Byline: Amy Lane Wineries would need state permits to ship to Michigan consumers and face penalties for not complying with age verification and other shipping requirements, under bills introduced last week in the state Senate and House. Senate Bills 625-628 and House Bills 4987-4990 respond to a May U.S.
