Byline: Terry Kosdrosky Turnaround and consulting firm BBK Ltd. has hired former Newcor Inc. CEO James Connor as a principal. Connor had been CEO of Royal Oak-based Newcor, but resigned from the company Sept. 1 to take the BBK job. He had led Newcor from 2000. In that time, Newcor filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in February 2002 and emerged in early 2003.
