Byline: Andrew Dietderich Wixom-based Rockwell Medical Technologies Inc. is locked in a legal battle over a product that has served as a building block to its growth from startup to a $28 million company. Bellevue, Wash.-based Advanced Renal Technologies filed suit against Rockwell Feb.
23 in U.S. District Court in Seattle. The lawsuit claims Rockwell is infringing Advanced Renal's trademark for a product it makes for kidney dialysis called Dryalysate.
