Customers return to home utilities as savings fall.(News)

Byline: Amy Lane When it could provide potential electricity savings of as much as 30 percent, Quest Energy L.L.C. could make an enticing offer to woo customers from Michigan utility companies. But it and other alternative suppliers in the state's electric-choice program have seen the savings they can offer shrivel and their customers depart.
