Ilitches hire J.C. Beal to manage redevelopment Olympia Development L.L.C. has hired Ann Arbor-headquartered J.C. Beal Construction Co. to lead redevelopment of Ilitch-owned properties in downtown Detroit. Olympia is the real estate and property-management arm of Ilitch Holdings Inc., parent company of Little Caesar's Pizza.

With the signing of Beal to provide owner's representative services for Olympia, work will begin in earnest on the Detroit Life Building at 2210 Park Ave., said Karen Cullen, vice president of corporate communications for Ilitch Holdings. She said the company has been "bursting at the seams'' in its headquarters in the Fox Theatre and will use much of the 10-story Detroit Life office space for Ilitch company operations.
