Bloomfield Park breaks ground, names first tenants Bloomfield Park's developers kicked off a groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday with announcements about retail tenants. The long-delayed project announced more than 20 tenants for its first phase. Some of the major names: H&M, Bebe, BCBG, J.
