Byline: Brent Snavely For more than a year ArvinMeritor Inc. (NYSE: ARM) has been selling off divisions, but Chip McClure, ArvinMeritor's chairman and CEO, said Friday that the company is done now. On Friday, ArvinMeritor announced that it had reached an agreement to sell its emissions division to New York City-based One Equity Partners for $310 million.
