Byline: Sheena Harrison All Night Auto Inc. is rolling out plans to expand nationwide with its service centers that cater to clients after traditional hours and retail stores that sell aftermarket auto parts. The company, held by Clinton Township-based Midnight Holdings Group Inc. (OTC: MHGI.PK), is hoping to open 600 service and retail centers by 2020 - 100 of those in the next five years.
President and CEO Nicholas Cocco expects the company - which has 10 service centers in Michigan, Illinois, Oklahoma and Arizona - to open seven stores and possibly acquire two or three automotive-service chains this year.
