Jim Croce has an idea for developers, architects, construction companies and executives making capital investment decisions: Why not tie future facilities decisions to an organized strategy to go "green''? Croce, CEO of the NextEnergy, runs an incubator and testing ground for clean technology and alternative-energy companies in TechTown, north of the Wayne State University campus.
