Kostal move to Troy could create 203 jobs.(News)

Byline: Chad Halcom A move from Novi to Troy for automotive mechanical and electrical switch supplier Kostal of America Inc. may benefit one city without greatly hurting the other, in a deal with state and local officials expect to be finalized within days. The Troy City Council expects to hold a public hearing today and then vote on the proposed property tax abatement for Kostal to move its headquarters into the former Collins & Aikman Corp.
