Byline: Tom Henderson Bloomfield Hills-based Logicalis Inc., a global provider of IT services, announced June 4 the acquisition of the information-technology division of Carotek Inc., a North Carolina-based manufacturer of industrial components and supplier of engineering services. The acquisition will add about 30 employees and $25 million in revenue for Logicalis, which employs more than 1,100 worldwide and has revenue of more than $900 million from operations in the U.K., U.S., Germany and South America.
