Top risk management stories of 1996 may elicit feelings of 'deja vu' Risk managers can be forgiven if they feel a certain sense of deja vu when recalling the top events of 1996. In fact, the two top stories of the year feature the same players as last year's No. 1 and No. 2 stories: Lloyd's of London and CIGNA Corp.
This year's top two come as additional chapters to the sagas that topped the list last year.
