BOCA RATON, Fla. - The National Council on Compensation Insurance will be getting a fresh perspective from D.W. "Bill" Schrempf, the new president and chief executive officer named last week. Mr. Schrempf, 56, will leave his job as a principal of Ernst & Young L.L.P.'s insurance consulting operation in New York to move to the NCCI's Boca Raton, Fla., headquarters.
He will begin his new duties in early July, according to the organization's board of directors. "An organization like this will have to continue to grow and serve, and I'm really interested in joining the NCCI team to look at what we can do to build this as an ever more valuable organization in the industry," Mr. Schrempf said.
