WASHINGTON-Legal remedies for victims of genetic discrimination should be the same as those available to victims of other forms of unlawful discrimination, the head of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission says. Doing otherwise would be ``manifestly unfair,'' said EEOC Chairwoman Cari M.
