PHILADELPHIA-As health care costs increase, benefit managers need to review their benefit offerings to ensure they continue to meet corporate goals, a consultant says. Benefit managers need to ``take a look at the big picture,'' and assess whether their current benefit program fits with overall corporate strategy, said Gary Kushner, president of Kushner & Co.
