Ruling may ease administration of E.U. pensions.(International)(multinational corporations, international workers)

Byline: CAROLYN ALDRED STRASBOURG, France-Multinational companies should welcome a European Court of Justice ruling earlier this month that employees should be able to receive local tax advantages on contributions to pension plans based in other European Union countries, consultants say. The ruling should benefit companies with employees of diverse nationalities or that assign workers to other E.U.

countries, though the ruling clarifies just one aspect of a complex legal and regulatory framework for European pensions, they say.
