Byline: MICHAEL PRINCE Lawsuits arising from cleaning up after the World Trade Center terrorist attacks could bankrupt New York City in the future, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg testified before a federal commission investigating the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. ``Personal injury claims regarding alleged long-term health damage could bankrupt our city over the next 20 years,'' the mayor told the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks upon the United States, which held a hearing Monday in New York.
