Aon unit targeted in harassment class action A group of female employees alleging sexual harassment and sexual discrimination by Aon Corp.'s insurance subsidiary filed a brief in federal court supporting their motion for class action status that details allegations of pervasive discrimination within the subsidiary.
The 128 signed declarations include allegations that woman were shut out of management positions at Combined Insurance Co. of America's health and disability sales unit and were subject to sexual harassment, including one allegation of rape.
