Byline: Douglas McLeod NEW YORK-A federal judge has set February 2004 for the initial phase of a trial of the World Trade Center property insurance dispute pitting Silverstein Properties Inc. against Swiss Reinsurance Co. and numerous other insurers. At a hearing last Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Michael B.
Mukasey also won an agreement by the parties to meet Nov. 6 to discuss a possible mediation of the dispute before retired federal judge John S. Martin Jr. Judge Martin presided over the case before his retirement.
