Senate to consider malpractice legislation, then class action reform.(News)

HOFMANN WASHINGTON-The Senate leadership's decision to push ahead with medical malpractice liability reform legislation this week means that class action reform legislation won't come to the floor as quickly as its supporters had hoped. Nevertheless, supporters of class action reform are downplaying the significance of the Senate Republican leadership's decision to delay consideration of a reform bill.
