OLDWICK, N.J.-A.M. Best Co. has released the second edition of its 2005 "Best's Loss Control Manual,'' which intends to provide a better understanding of industrial and commercial risks. The guide is geared to risk managers and insurance underwriters, and it provides risk descriptions and inspection checklists for over 500 risk classifications.
The manual is available on CD-ROM, which is released three times a year, and online, which is updated as soon as new information is available. This second 2005 edition contains new risk classifications-such as acupuncturists, tanneries and tile and marble contractors.
