Many advise gradual approach to introducing CDHPs; Some employers believe it's better to jump right in.(consumer-driven health care plans)

Some believe strongly that the best course of action for employer and employee alike is to make the decision to change to a consumer-drive health plan, and then make the change. But many others advocate following an incremental approach by offering consumer-driven health plans, at least initially, as just one plan option.
