REVENUE GROWTH IN 1996 Almost half of the companies on the list posted revenue increases of more than 50% between 1995 and 1996. No. 18 Hub Group Inc. showed the biggest jump in revenues--826.5%--as the result of several acquisitions. HIGHEST EARNINGS IN 1996 Four of the five companies with the highest earnings on the list are telecommunications companies.
