Bargain hunting is as much an American pastime as watching the Chicago Bulls in the NBA Finals. Daily newspapers are filled with sale ads and Sunday editions are stuffed with glossy value packs. But the coupon market is also burgeoning on the Internet, and Chicago-based virtual coupon distributor Cool-Savings Inc.

is leading the way.
