CEO's goal: Revive True North sales growth True North Communications Inc. plans to hunker down and get back to the basics of winning new business. The advertising holding company's stock suffered last year as True North reported only modest revenue increases and inconsistent earnings growth.

Shares recently traded around $26, down 23% from a 52-week high of $34.13 in February.
