CBT politics even better? Arbor shaking trees for another run Patrick H. Arbor, former chairman of the Chicago Board of Trade, likes to talk. And lately, he's been talking about mounting a political comeback at the city's oldest futures exchange. ``Yeah, I may run for the board of directors,'' he confirms.
``But it's a little early.'' Elections for eight director seats are slated for the end of this year, a prelude to a chairmanship vote 12 months later. That's another contest that could attract Mr. Arbor's interest. He was defeated by just 19 votes in last year's campaign for chairman, turned out of office after six years by insurgent David P.
