Nina M. La France has been named corporate circulation director of Crain's Chicago Business parent Crain Communications Inc. Ms. La France, 41, most recently was senior vice-president of marketing and online at San Francisco-based RHC Media Inc., owner of technology magazine Red Herring. A 20-year veteran of magazine publishing, her career has also included stints at Arizona Highways, Phoenix Business Journal and American Heritage magazine.
She is a past president of the International Regional Magazine Assn. and earned a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Phoenix. Ms. La France is based in Detroit.
