Byline: JANE HODGES The bloodletting among Chicago banks has intensified during the past two years, and experienced executives over 40 have borne the brunt. John Challenger, chief executive of outplacement firm Challenger Gray & Christmas Inc., says that roughly 20% of the firm's 3,000 job-seeking clients in 2004 came from banking, twice as many as last year.
