If so, it could be thanks to a small group of programmers working long hours in cramped, spartan offices above Wacker Drive. From there, the 11 employees of FeedBurner design software to help amateur bloggers and Internet publishers manage RSS, shorthand for "really simple syndication.'' If you aren't familiar with RSS, you soon will be.
