Byline: SHRUTI DATE SINGH Shares of SSA Global Technologies Inc. have surged 70% since an initial public offering last spring, but the stock may be stymied until the company's two largest investors signal what they intend to do with their stakes. As a condition of the IPO, two firms that hold almost 90% of the company's shares agreed they wouldn't sell any stock until Nov.
