625 N. Michigan goes on sale block Chicago real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle has been hired to market 625 N. Michigan, a 27-story office building with prime, street-level retail tenants Coach and Johnston & Murphy, sources say. The price is expected to top $100 million for a property that was worth about $63 million just three years ago, when it was acquired by a joint venture of Philadelphia investment firm BPG Properties and Chicago developer Golub.

Joseph Neverauskas, a BPG senior vice-president, declines to comment. -Thomas A.
