Leveraged finance job keeps Merrill's peripatetic pro anchored at home As head of Merrill Lynch & Co.'s global telecommunications investment banking group, Mark Maybell has been around the world almost as many times as the satellites he has helped finance. Since starting Merrill's telecom group in 1992, he has pitched deals in 25 countries.
