On-line ticketing of flights, hotels takes off as convenience, added value bring business travelers onto the Internet Curiosity finally got the better of Mike Wellman. The managing director of the New York office of executive search firm Korn/Ferry International had heard about people using the Internet not only to check travel schedules but to pay for their airline tickets.

So recently, Mr. Wellman clicked on the bizReservations section of Biztravel (http://www.hyatt.com) in June.
