ANNTAYLOR'S MATERIAL IMPROVEMENTS: ALTERATIONS RESHAPE FIRM'S OUTLOOK

Styles are no longer faddish, but fashionable -- a critical issue that had sent many of AnnTaylor's customers off to competing department stores.
