Stephanie george, named president of Fairchild Publications' Women's Wear Daily Group late last year, is designing plenty of schemes for growth. Ms. George, who resembles Marlo Thomas in her ``That Girl'' phase, plans a host of special issues, a semiannual glossy magazine chronicling Fashion Week for spring and fall, and international editions.
