Like many dot-coms, Agency. com has a new executive in place-Anthony Laudico, who was named chief operating officer for North America in September. Mr. Laudico is the former president and chief executive of Muze Inc., an interactive entertainment company, and also a former executive at Microsoft.
He has been charged with streamlining and improving efficiencies for the company, which is an Internet business services firm whose clients include 3M, Bank of America and Heineken. According to Chan Suh, Agency.com's CEO, only 7% of the firm's business is with dot-com companies. For the most part, the company serves big, traditional businesses that want to be on the Internet and need help. For that reason, the company hasn't been as hurt by the downturn in tech...
