The richard zoller branch at at&t Business Services is on the fourth floor of the company's Manhattan office tower on the edge of TriBeCa. The branch name is not on a bronze plaque but scripted on a computer-generated stretch of paper, taped up in the main hallway five months ago, when Mr.
