One week ago, Burritoville was a thriving restaurant company, attracting swarms of Wall Street executives looking for a fast lunch at any one of its three locations in downtown Manhattan. Today, the Mexican food chain is teetering on the brink of disaster. ``We're in trouble,'' says Peter Daghlian, chief operating officer of Burritoville.

``If we don't get some help, this could severely impact us.''
