Zagat voting drops with online system the first effort of the Zagat Survey of New York City restaurants to go totally online is drawing far fewer voters than before. With two days to go before voting ends, as of last Friday the survey of 1,840 city eateries had 15,000 voters. Last year, the survey drew 29,000 participants with a combination of paper and online ballots.
