Clothing, food stores fill Bradlees space forever 21, the hot juniors retailer, signed a 15-year lease for a two-level, 26,000-square-foot store at the shuttered Bradlees department store on Union Square. The asking rent was $200 per square foot for space on the ground floor and $75 per square foot on the second floor.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates was the tenant broker. In addition, Whole Foods signed on for 50,000 square feet (see story, page 4). The property is owned by Vornado Realty Trust.
