Construction chief for Freedom Tower the former head of con-struction for the Time Warner Center will oversee the building of the Freedom Tower on the World Trade Center site. In March, David Worsley will join Silverstein Properties to lead the construction of the 2.6 million-square-foot project.
An engineer by training, Mr. Worsley also worked on Morgan Stanley's corporate headquarters, the U.S. Federal Courthouse at Foley Square and Rockefeller Center's retail development.
