Byline: christine haughney A garment district stalwart undergoing a $53 million renovation has attracted two unlikely tenants that will rent a combined 69,000 square feet of space. Financial services software company i-Deal, a collaboration between Merrill Lynch, Microsoft, Salomon Smith Barney and Thomson Financial, just signed a 10-year lease for 46,000 square feet at 1359 Broadway.
